Dono (Abimana Aryasatya), Casino (Vino G. Bastian) and Indro (Tora Sudiro) returned to action in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city of Jakarta. They will once again serve as a Private Institution personnel named CHIIPS (How Great Opt-Ikutan Social Mitigation). Although in themselves filled with the spirit of a surge in carrying out their duties to serve the community, but the chaos and turmoil they always caused due to their silly action and always churning stomach. This of course made them the butt of many parties, including their Boss.
