Coco (Hendler) has just moved to a new apartment with his wife Pipi (Stuart), who�s seven months pregnant. Malam itu seharusnya menjadi malam paling indah dalam hidup PASHA. Bersama sahabat-sahabatnya, MAKKI, ONCI, ROWMAN dan ENDA, Pasha sudah merencanakan untuk melamar kekasihnya LISA (Qory Sandioriva). Namun ternyata, di hari yang sama juga, Lisa memutuskan hubungan karena memilih untuk bersama laki-laki lain. Pasha pun shock dan patah hati. Pamela terobsesi mempercantik diri dengan memanfaatkan medium gaib berupa pelet dengan celana pria sebagai alatnya. Untuk memiliki Pelet tersebut, Pamela wajib bersekutu dengan iblis. Perjanjian hitam beresiko tinggi adalah taruhannya.
Sebagaimana halnya perjanjian setan, Pelet yang sesungguhnya terlahir dari ilmu hitam ini, meminta tumbal nyawa manusia. Namun Pamela dan Tantri tak menghiraukan. Benar saja. Persoalan mulai rumit karena tiba-tiba makhluk gaib Pelet berbalik menyerang mereka. Kehidupan mereka pun tak lagi tenang.
